Originally part of Gymnastics of York, which has been training gymnasts for over 40 years, we expanded to Dover in 2011 under the leadership of Head Coach Justin. Our beginnings were humble, operating in a small karate studio and even a church lobby, but the dedication of our families helped us quickly outgrow those spaces. By 2013, we moved into our own 2,000 square foot gym, and soon after to 6,500, and now our 11,000 square foot home. In January 2020, we became a fully independent program, and we remain deeply grateful to our roots and everyone who supported our journey.

Our competition team program is designed for athletes who are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level once they reach our Junior Team. We compete in both the Xcel and Developmental (Level 6-10) programs, providing supportive training that helps our athletes reach their full potential while maintaining a healthy balance with their other interests.
Important Information: Competition is never required at Manchester Gymnastics. If your child decides to compete, we require a minimum of 2 days per week for practice.
We offer robust training in both Xcel and Developmental programs, and value each program equally - neither is treated as secondary.

Coaches set their own rates. Our private lessons offer focused, individualized training tailored to your gymnast's specific needs and goals. Whether your child is working to master a challenging skill, preparing for team placement, or simply wants extra attention to build confidence, our experienced coaches provide the dedicated instruction that makes all the difference.
